This week is for students 7 years of age and older. Riders should have basic knowledge of tacking and horse handling. This week is designed to teach students the basic horse care, heath and nutrition. The students will learn how to do leg wraps, take a horse's temperature, pulse and respiration, and identify common injuries and diseases.

SUMMER SHOW/ HORSE CARE WEEK
For Advanced Riders
This week is for riders that are currently jumping at least cross-rail courses. These students must be approved by an instructor to be a part of this program. This program's main focus is learning the ins and outs of the show ring. They will learn the difference between Hunters and Jumpers and Equitation. They will learn how to braid, properly show groom a horse, show terminology, and how show days work. The final day of the session the students will be going to the Colorado Horse Park in Parker, CO to see and observe the different kinds of horse shows.
English Riding Lessons & Training
CHOOSE A PROGRAM THAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU!
This summer we are offering many different weeks of our summer education programs. Each one is a different themed week, catering to different levels of riders. Each program is five days long, Monday through Friday. It starts at 9:30am and concludes at 3:00pm. Fridays end at 12pm. Each day the students will get to work with the horses at least for two activities. The rest of the day is filled with educational activities.
SHORT STIRRUPS WEEK
For Beginner Riders
This week is designed for students who have little to no riding experience who are 7 years of age and up. The riding portion of this week will concentrate on creating a good foundation for an effective riding future. This week will have games, and fun activities, while learning the basics of horsemanship. Friday there will be a horse show where parents and family are encouraged to watch.
